Hello and welcome to my website and my attempt to give you a brief overview of me and my practice.  It is my hope that by using relevant links provided here you will gain detailed information about my practice as well as find answers to common questions people have when deciding on a therapist.    

If you choose me as your therapist, you will find that I truly value and respect you as an individual.  You will also find that I am dedicated to helping you explore paths toward living a more confident, hopeful, and fulfilled life.  For instance, through the process of therapy, I believe we will be able to accomplish such goals as enhancing coping skills, healing emotional pain, experiencing less stress, or improving relationships.  You will most certainly become aware that I am passionate about helping motivated persons achieve positive, healthy change and personal growth. 

I provide counseling and psychological services to individuals, couples, and groups.  I also contract with agencies/companies to serve their employees or clients.
